Medical Response and Surge Exercise (MRSE) 2026
Thank you for participating in the 2026 Medical Response & Surge Exercise on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. We wanted to exercise a mass casualty scenario that could potentially be a reality this summer during the World Cup. We hope that you have been able to identify your organization’s strengths, areas for improvement, and resource gaps that can be improved to benefit future real-world responses. Your tireless efforts to protect the health and safety of your fellow Rhode Islanders are greatly appreciated.

ACCESS TO "MRSE 2026"
MRSE 2026 is an 8-hour exercise divided into two modules in order to focus activities by disciplines.
- Module 1: First Responders and Emergency Managment Agencies
- Module 2: Hospitals
Agencies must join the exercise according to the module timeline for your discipline. You are welcome to observe the other module.
